Sadra Project involves the redefinition and expansion of a building that has evolved over three stages across approximately 30 years. It is currently being reorganized into a hybrid complex with commercial, industrial, and residential functions, located in a workshop-dominated, industrial zone. The initial structure was built about 30 years ago as a small commercial unit. Around ten years later, a rear extension was added, and in the third phase, approximately ten years ago, a larger and structurally more resilient section was appended to the rear. All three phases were developed in a single level and constructed sequentially. The plot is approximately 11 meters wide, with half of it set back in agreement with the eastern neighbor to create vehicular access to the rear of the site. The ground floor was initially used for commercial purposes and also served as an entrance to the industrial workshop located at the back.
